Each panel I create is a unique, commissioned work designed in response to your space, your light, and your personal aesthetic. Whether you arrive with a clear vision or simply a sense of what you would like to feel, I will guide you through the creative process. With years of experience and award-winning craftsmanship, I translate ideas into refined, beautifully made pieces that are both timeless and deeply personal.

I take on a limited number of commissions each year to ensure every piece receives the attention, care, and artistic focus it deserves.

I work from your door measurements or architectural drawings and oversee professional installation to ensure the design is fitted exactly as intended.

Where required, stained glass can be encapsulated within a double-glazed unit, combining traditional craftsmanship with contemporary performance:

Your Commission Process:

Your journey begins with a personal consultation by phone, Zoom, or ideally in person.
Whenever possible, I prefer to meet within your space. This allows me to understand the light, the architecture, and the atmosphere you live in, as well as your personal aesthetic. Together, we will explore your vision in depth from colour and texture to the mood and feeling you wish to create.
From our conversation, I will develop two bespoke design concepts, each carefully considered to reflect your space and aspirations.
You will receive an initial indication of investment, along with guidance on glass types and finishes.
You are warmly invited to visit my studio to view and select the glass in person — an important and inspiring part of the process. Here, the piece begins to come to life as we refine the design, confirm dimensions, and shape the final direction.
Once the design is fully resolved, a detailed specification drawing is prepared for your approval.
A 40% deposit is required to secure your commission within my making schedule. This ensures dedicated time is reserved for the creation of your piece.
Your panel is then meticulously handcrafted as a one-of-a-kind work of art.
Using traditional stained glass techniques and carefully selected materials, each element is shaped, assembled, and finished by hand resulting in a piece that is both timeless and entirely unique to you.
When complete, your panel is prepared for installation. I oversee this process to ensure the integrity and presentation of the work are maintained.
For enhanced thermal performance and security, the panel can be encapsulated within a double-glazed unit. This process typically extends the timeline by approximately six weeks, allowing the panel to fully cure before sealing.
